Shipping & Returns

We use PostNL (unregistered airmail & parcel post) for the delivery of our products. All orders will be shipped within 24hour after you've placed and paid your order. If you place your order before 11 AM (GMT +1:00) we'll take care of processing and sending your order the same day. Within The Netherlands your order will mostly arrive the next businessday, for the rest of Europe the transit time of your will depend on your location. If you need specific transit times please contact us.  

We ship to all countries within Europe! Shipping costs depends on the method of shipping, the weight of your order and the country of destination. 

PostNLAirmail (letterbox) by PostNL

Our cheapest shipping method. This shipping method can only be used for products that fits in an envelope and fit through the letterbox (our system will only show the Airmail by PostNL option if it's possible). This shipping method doesn't offer a Track & Trace option and is at your own risk. You can find the weight of a single product under the "extra info" tab at a product page. Please see the PostNL website for the transit times to your country.

PostNLParcel by PostNL (TNT EXPRESS)

PostNL is internationally also known under the name of TNT Express. Within the Netherlands your parcel will be delivered within one business day. The parcel is insured and you always receive a track&trace code to follow your parcel online. When your parcel is lost we will refund you or we will sent your ordered items again. We highly recommend this shipping method if you are in a hurry!

Do you have a problem with any of our products? Or is the product not what you had expected? A return is no problem at our store! Together we will solve your problem. 

Cooling off period of 14 days

You always have the right to change your mind within 14 days after the delivery of your order. If your new products don´t comply with your demands or expectations you can always return the item within 14 days after the delivery of your order. One condition is that the items haven´t been used or modified! We will consult you to ask you if you would like your money back or that you want to swap the item for another article. The costs of the return shipping has to be paid by you. 

- If you choose to get your money back we will refund you within 5 business days. For non domestic orders this can take a little longer due too the banking system.
- If you choose to swap your item we will sent you your new article as soon as your returned item is received in our office. 


Of course we offer you a decent garantee. All our products come with a standard guarantee of 3 months. You can expect from us that all our articles are decent. You will have guarantee if something breaks unexpected due too a faulty product. The guarantee is not valid for wear and tear due too normal usage. Please note that we cannot give guarantee when the guarantee seal is broken on our Mobius camera.

Returns roadmap

You would like to swap or return your product. Your product doesn´t function as it is supposed to or does not meet your expectations. Off course we provide you with the opportunity to return your item(s). But how to do that? At our store it is very simple and personal. Together we will find for the best solution for your problem. We don't use automatic systems, but just personal contact with a employee who will provide a solution to your problem.
