For some applicatioins it can be useful or necessary to place the Lens module somewhere else then directly at the printed circuit board. Consider the installation of the lens in a very different place than where you want to have the PCB, for example when you want to built the lens into a model train to view your railroad in FPV (First Person View) perspective or when you want to built your Mobius Maxi Action camera into something else.

It's possible thanks to this 24pins Lens Extension Cable (15 cm length). Connect this cable with the Lens Module and with the Mobius Maxi PCB and you have a distance of about 15cm between the lens and the circuit board. Please keep in mind that you need to open up your Mobius Maxi to use our extension cable.
